3.5Hands down, I loved Caressed by Ice, but I could relate to Tally in a way that makes me love this novel as well.Tally and Clay have known eachother for a long time, being friends when they were younger. Tally was living in a foster family back then and Clay had to live in one of those small buildings with his (ill) mother, which seems to be very unhealthy, considering that he's a Changeling. Anyway, years later they meet again, because some of the kids Tally is responsible for, are being either murdered, kidnapped, tortured.. and she asks Clay for help.Since they didn't depart without good reason, they fight. Often. They accuse eachother, they are mad at and in love with eachother. But not only does Clay need to learn how to forgive Tally for making him believe that she died years ago in a car accident, Tally needs to forgive him for not being there when she needed him. And she needs to learn that sex isn't dirty or bad. Both things that she's learned while living in foster care. This novel was really good and I'm still wondering why there are some people who don't like Tally. Huh.. :>
